The all-in total and when it was quoted. Bars and cafés within a ten-minute walk, counted on the map. The street it sits on, the nearest stop, the cancellation window. Nothing is guessed.
An otter that keeps watch
Set an alert and the otter re-runs your exact search every day, then emails you when a verified pick gets cheaper. A real one saved a traveler $351 on a five-night stay in Austin.
Already booked? It watches that too
Paste your confirmation and the otter reads the property's own page daily for a cheaper rate you can still cancel into, and reminds you the day before free cancellation ends.
